26 June 2024: Arrival in the morning and official start of the programme in the afternoon and welcome dinner in the evening.

27 June 2024: Full-day programme and cultural programme

28 June 2024: Programme in the morning, end of colloquium at noon with optional cultural programme in the afternoon

Costs (options):

• Conference registration without accommodation: €300
• Conference registration with individual Crous accommodation for 2 or 3 nights: €400 (Nights of 26 and 27 June or Nights of 25, 26 and 27 June)
• Conference registration with hotel accommodation - Ibis, 6 place Courtonne, Caen : €300 + €130.50 per night (for 2 or 3 nights : Nights of 26 and 27 June or Nights of 25, 26 and 27 June)
• Conference registration with hotel accommodation - Mercure, 1 rue Courtonne, Caen : €300 + €177.40 per night (for 2 or 3 nights : Nights of 26 and 27 June or Nights of 25, 26 and 27 June)

The Crous de Normandie has reserved hotel rooms in two different categories, hence the two prices. Please note that the hotel prices are still subject to change.

The exact information about the hotels will be available at a later date with the official announcement.

How to get there:

For many European cities, the best way to get to Caen is to get to Paris by TGV and from Paris to continue by train to Caen in about 2.30 hours. Alternatively, you can fly to Paris or Rennes and continue by train from there to Caen.
