26 June 2024: Arrival in the morning and official start of the programme in the afternoon and welcome dinner in the evening.

27 June 2024: Full-day programme and cultural programme

28 June 2024: Programme in the morning, end of colloquium at noon with optional cultural programme in the afternoon


Expected costs:

Registration for the colloquium/participation fee: 300.00 euros (without accommodation).

Registration for the colloquium with Crous accommodation for 2 or 3 nights: flat rate 400 euros (accommodation with own sanitary facilities) near the seminar venue and accessible by tram.

Registration for the colloquium with hotel accommodation: 300 euros + 130.50 per night (two or three nights possible).

Registration for the colloquium with hotel accommodation: 300 euros + 177.40 per night (two or three nights possible).

The Crous de Normandie has reserved hotel rooms in two different categories, hence the two prices. Please note that the hotel prices are still subject to change.

The exact information about the hotels will be available at a later date with the official announcement.


How to get there:

For many European cities, the best way to get to Caen is to get to Paris by TGV and from Paris to continue by train to Caen in about 2.30 hours. Alternatively, you can fly to Paris or Rennes and continue by train from there to Caen.


Announcement and registration:

The announcement of the Colloquium with a preliminary programme and the registration form is expected to appear here and on the colloquium page of the Crous de Normandie (page still under construction) by the end of November 2023.
